- What is ‘United Hostels’?
We
are partnering with Compassion, an international Christian child
development ministry which is committed to child advocacy and working
in partnership with local churches around the world to foster the
spiritual, economic, social, physical and emotional development of
children living in extreme poverty in over 25 developing countries. Our
aim is to unite the hostelling community all over the world to work
together to sponsor children living in poverty in parts of the world
where backpackers travel. Starting with Thailand, we are hoping to see
many children released from poverty in Jesus' name!
- As a hostel owner, how can I get involved?
If
you are a hostel owner/manager you can join other hostel owners by
sponsoring a child in Thailand. Every hostel that sponsors a child will
be promoted on our website. You can find out more at http://www.compassion.com.au/backpackers_united/
